Shipping Info:
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing you. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive
your order in 6-17 business days from the date that it is placed.
VERIFICATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order,
however, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and
weekends.
SHIPPING
After the items are processed and leave the warehouse, it usually takes 5 to 20 working days to reach the destination.
● If the order amount is US$200 or less, we usually ship through the 4PX or USPS logistics provider, and you will receive your goods within 12-20 working days from the date of placing the order.
● If the order amount is US $200 or more, we will ship through fast logistics providers such as DHL and UPS, and you will receive your goods within 5-7 working days from the date of order.
SPECIAL NOTE:
1. Whole-border delivery service in the UK (for British British Ocean Territory in the UK, the British Virgin
Islands does not provide courier services).
2. the United States delivery, but does not include remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam
and other overseas addresses, APO / FPO military address.
3. Delivery services are not available in the affiliated islands of Germany and Europe.
4. Delivery services are not available in France and affiliated islands.
